The reason why our products are so cheap are cause we order in bulk for salons and private clients we are an online company we import the hair This is due to the cheap prices. We only order once payment made. Once payment made take 2 to 3 days to arrive in the Helderberg . Otherwise postage is R130 All over RSA . Door to door

Return and exchange:

Exchange can be made within 10 days from the arrival of your order.

You can either bring it in to our office or post it back. Buyer will pay for the return postage.

All hair items must be in original packaging, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with all tag, bands, seal bands intact

All hair which has been used/opened/tired on can’t be exchanged.

We offer trying on services at our salon only.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any item out of its original packaging and hygiene ties removed cannot be exchanged or returned. We could modify it for custom order to meet requirements.

Any hair dye and liquid lines cannot be returned or exchanged.

All tints are quality guaranteed but result is depending on application experience, before color and texture.

Custom made hair pieces and ordered in items special requests cannot be exchanged or returned
